Precursors declaration

European regulation 2019/1148 stipulates that certain products can be used to produce explosives. The European government has laid down additional requirements and provisions when using and selling these products. As a supplier, we are required to carry out a check on the correct application of the use for professional purposes of these products at the buyer's premises when selling these products above the set limit. In addition, an identity verification and registration must also be carried out. These duties are included in this statement. We should also inform you that if a suspicious disappearance or transaction of this product is observed by us or you, there is a duty to report it to the authorities.

The undersigned declares that the commercial product and the substance or mixture it contains are used only for the specified application. It will only be sold or supplied to a customer if the customer makes a similar declaration of use, subject to the restrictions set out in Regulation (EU) No 2019/1148 for supply to private individuals.

This declaration is valid for the intended use for 12 months from the date of signature. Said products above the set limits that are resold to private individuals and are going to be used for non-professional purposes are subject to a permit requirement.
